Introduction to Indiana Insurance Coverage
Continuing Legal Education
We all practice because we enjoy being lawyers, but getting paid is also an important part of being a lawyer. Insurance funds are often available not only to ease your client's financial burden when facing a first or third-party claim, but in certain instances, also to cover attorney's fees.
This presentation discusses how to secure insurance coverage for all kinds of covered claims--from environmental clean ups to lawsuits against your client. An insurance claim from beginning to end is also reviewed along with highlighting several common pitfalls.
Attorneys in Indiana can currently receive up to six hours of credit per three year educational period through approved distance education activities. If you attended the live version of the program you cannot receive credit for viewing the program again online.
