Continuing Legal Education
This program provides an overview of the 2012 legislative and case law developments related to estate planning and administration. Learn about change to the laws directly involving the probate process and estate planning and implementation that take effect July 1, 2012 or earlier. In addition, cases from July 2011 through May 2012 that affect probate administration, estate planning, Indiana Inheritance Taxes and guardianships are discussed.
