Indiana's New Draft Remediation Closure Guide: Risk-based Options for Contaminated Sites
Continuing Legal Education
A draft of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s (IDEM) Remediation Closure Guide (RCG) was released on May 2, 2011. The RCG will replace the Risk Integrated system of Closure Technical Resource Guidance Document. Hear both IDEM’s and an Environmental Professional’s perspectives on how the new RCG changes the landscape for the closure of contaminated properties. IDEM will also discuss and answer questions about Institutional Controls and Environmental Restrictive Covenants.
(Disclaimer: At the end of this presentation, a Q&A session is conducted. IndyBar is aware that not all questions are repeated nor captured on audio. We apologize for this and hope it does not detract from the overall course offering.)
