A Discussion of Indiana's New Antidegradation Rule
Continuing Legal Education
After years of input and discussions from various workgroups, Indiana's Antidegradation Rule became effective on June 28, 2012. This one hour program will provide a summary of the new rule as well as a discussion of regulatory experiences from both the private and agency perspectives.
(Disclaimer: At the completion of each lecturer's presentation, a Q&A session is conducted. IndyBar is aware that not all questions are repeated nor captured on audio. We apologize for this and hope it does not detract from the overall course offering.)
Attorneys in Indiana can currently receive up to six hours of credit per three year educational period through approved distance education activities. If you attended the live version of the program you cannot receive credit for viewing the program again online.
