ESI & Protective Orders: Practice Tips and Perspective from the Bench

The IndyBar Litigation Section will kick off their year-long Litigation Trial Skills Series with a discussion of practical tips and pitfalls for managing, requesting and producing electronically stored information.
A federal magistrate judge will share perspective on what makes a successful electronic discovery plan and the keys to seeking a protective order when necessary. Practitioners will also share their perspective on balancing clients’ interests and procedural rules favoring broad discovery.
