Social media impacts attorneys and judges at all levels. This seminar provides a qualified panel of judges and practitioners who will address ethical issues raised by the use of social media by both sides of this relationship.
Judge Kirsch moderates a panel with Judge Mathias, Jessica Ballard, law clerk for Judge Melissa May, and John Higgins, staff attorney for the Disciplinary Commission. The panel addresses ethical issues, concerns, and parameters on how social media impacts the relationships between lawyers and judges.
