This seminar explains and analyzes the new law and the policy and procedures of expungements. A step by step explanation of how to handle an expungement under the new law, which has been described as confusing, complex and one-shot only, is included.
Viewers will gain understanding of the new law and how to properly handle an expungement case.
This seminar is applicable to all criminal defense attorneys or any attorneys interested in having a client’s criminal record expunged.
