This program covers legal developments that affect the ethical obligations of lawyers who blog, including the Rules of Professional Conduct as well as developing case law in Indiana and other states.
This seminar should be useful to any lawyer who utilizes blogs or other forms of social media to market themselves or their practice, or who would like to begin to do so. This may include younger attorneys who are looking to develop their practice or solo practitioners who would like to increase their online presence.
