The Ways and Means Committee’s “Small Business Draft” proposes significant changes to the taxation of pass-through entities. This program discusses the Draft and how these proposals will affect owners of partnerships (including LLCs) and S corporations.
This seminar also includes discussion of recent cases and IRS administrative guidance that may impact the participants’ clients.
