The Supreme Court's Labor & Employment Cases: Current Decisions & Continuing Developments
Continuing Legal Education
The United States Supreme Court’s most recent term produced a number of significant labor and employment decisions. Barbara Fick, a professor at the University of Notre Dame Law School and a past Contributing Editor of Preview of United States Supreme Court Cases, provides an informative review of the Court’s latest decisions and how they are expected to impact the state of labor and employment law.
This seminar should be of interest to anyone with responsibility for employment relations, including attorneys who advise clients dealing with day-to-day workplace issues or represent them in employment litigation, human resources managers and small business owners who make employment decisions in the course of operating their business, and union representatives who seek to stay well informed on employment law matters that affect their constituencies.
