Indiana Real Property Law Update
Continuing Legal Education
This CLE covers important changes and developments in Indiana real property law. Specifically, the presentation addresses developments in the law on conveyances and purchase agreements, servitudes, annexation, zoning, nuisances, liens, foreclosures, tort claims deriving from property ownership, landlord-tenant, and boundary disputes.
The program should be useful to anyone who practices in an area of law to which real property laws are applicable. This includes debtor-creditor practitioners, personal injury attorneys, real estate transaction practitioners, lawyers advising or defending against government acquisitions and zoning, class action attorneys, and anyone who operates a general practice.
