Defending a DUI-From Initial Hearing through Sentencing (with forms)
Continuing Legal Education
This seminar takes the audience through a DUI case from the initial hearing through sentencing and will touch on various aspects of a criminal case. The speakers address various issues with driver’s license suspensions and statutory consequences of a DUI while addressing some basic and complex issues an attorney may encounter when defending a client charged with Operating While Intoxicated (aka DUI).
(Disclaimer: At the end each presentation, a couple questions are fielded from the audience. IndyBar is aware that not all questions are repeated nor captured on audio. We apologize for this and hope it does not detract from the overall course offering.)
