Liens Forms Update
Continuing Legal Education
This session addresses current issues and law addressing different type of liens and subrogation interests and challenges posed with settling cases in light of varying repayment statutes and contractual provisions. The existence and types of liens drastically affect the ability to negotiate settlement. Only by addressing the issue from day one can attorneys effectively settle cases legally and fairly.
This program is a must attend for anyone engaged in settling injury claims and will include forms and samples used in practice.
(Disclaimer: At the end of this presentation, a couple questions are fielded from the audience. IndyBar is aware that not all questions are repeated nor captured on audio. We apologize for this and hope it does not detract from the overall course offering.)
Attorneys in Indiana can currently receive up to six hours of credit per three year educational period through approved distance education activities. If you attended the live version of the program you cannot receive credit for viewing the program again online.
