Sex Crimes: Changes You Need to Know

As part of the brown bag series on the new changes to the Criminal Code, this one hour seminar will focus solely on sex crimes. Substantive changes to the laws, sentencing and credit time will be discussed.
The changes that took place to the Criminal Code on July 1 affects even the most basic points of law as it applies to sex crimes. Complete knowledge of the changes is necessary in order to practice effectively.
Whether you are a new bar admittee, an attorney looking to learn a new area of law or an experienced criminal attorney, this program is a necessity to continue to provide competent representation in the area of sex crime.
