May 8, 2014 Thursday 12:00pm - 1:00pm
This CLE Explores the ASTM's new standards for Phase I environmental site assessments. Obtaining a Phase I is an important step in evaluating a piece of commerical property. Properly performing a Phase I is necessary to meet the all appropriate inquires rule and is a step in establishing the bona fide protective purchaser defended under CERCLA. This CLE will explore both the legal and practical implications of the new ASTM standard.
