Discoverability of Social Media
Continuing Legal Education
May 21, 2014 Wednesday 12:00pm - 1:00pm
The existence of client information on social media sites is now being requested in discovery and used at all stages of litigation. It is critical for counsel to understand what social media information is discoverable and how it can be used for and against parties involved in litigation.
Please note: lunch is not included with this seminar. Brown bag lunches are welcome. Carryout is also available from the Labor District Cafe on the second floor of our building. Online ordering is available here.
