Practicing before licensing boards and commissions can be a very different experience for many attorneys. Learn how to prepare your case before licensing boards and commissions from an experienced panel of presenters. Topics include advocating effectively at an administrative hearing, settlements and negotiations, evidentiary presentations, ethical issues, findings of fact and conclusions of law and practice tips from all perspectives. Seminar attendees will learn about administrative law and the do's and don'ts of representing a licensee at an administrative hearing.
