In April of 2012, the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act was signed into law, bringing about extraordinary changes to the regulation of capital formation in the United States. This program will provide you with a brief summary of the Act, some practice pointers for working with the Act, as well as what to expect as the SEC continues to adopt rules under the Act.
