Probate Practice Series: Pitfalls with Probate

This program will address some of the common errors and issues in handling probate estates and guardianships. Compliance manager Dan Mullin will focus on issues arising in inventories, accountings, and restricted accounts, and Master Commissioner Mark Batties will address issues in guardianship and estates from his perspective on the bench. Participants are encouraged to ask questions of either faculty member during this program. Questions or topics of interest for the faculty will also be accepted in advance of the program.
