Business Law Skills Series: Ethics and the Internet for the Business Lawyer
Continuing Legal Education
February 20, 2013 Wednesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Attend this seminar to learn more about using social media and internet research to increase your advantage while avoiding ethical pitfalls.
Recent studies show that in-house attorneys are using social media more now than just a year ago. LinkedIn is an important social network for attorneys. However, in-house attorneys are often silent users of social media. Three very knowledgeable speakers will talk about how to safely use social media to develop your on-line reputation while avoiding going afoul of ethical rules. Also learn how to “take down” unfavorable information from media sites.
Join us after the seminar for a social networking opportunity from 5 to 7 p.m. Appetizers and two drink tickets are included with seminar registration!
