Continuing Legal Education
December 12, 2012 Wednesday 12:00pm - 1:00pm
There are a number of ethical considerations for those who are entering or exiting state government service. Don't miss this program, where the Inspector General for the State of Indiana, David Thomas, and staff attorney Todd S. Shumaker will discuss these issues, including the Rules of Professional Responsibility and lobbying and employment restrictions. The panelists will also take your questions.
This program, which features an hour of Ethics credit, will be especially valuable to attorneys and others currently working in state government who plan to enter (or re-enter) the private practice and for those in private practice who may enter state government service.
