Best Practices for Electronic Communication
Continuing Legal Education
November 8, 2012 Thursday 8:30am - 9:30am
The IndyBar’s Paralegal Committee and Solo/Small Firm Practice Section have teamed up to create a breakfast series of programs designed to strengthen both individual work styles and skills as well as the paralegal/attorney relationship. This invaluable series will provide real-world tips and tricks to help improve efficiency and effectiveness on a daily basis while allowing for one-on-one interaction between attendees and the facilitator. All sessions will include a light breakfast and Non-Legal Subject Matter CLE credit.
In our world of email, voicemail, Facebook and Twitter, do you feel like clients are less responsive to your attempts to communicate with them? This session is designed to share best practices for leaving effective voicemail and corresponding with clients via e-mail. This program will be an open discussion and you will leave with practical advice which you can incorporate into your daily routine.
Don't miss the rest of the series!
