Working with Clients: Effective Client Intake & Management
Continuing Legal Education
June 12, 2012 Tuesday 8:30am - 9:30am
The IndyBar’s Paralegal Committee and Solo/Small Firm Practice Section have teamed up to create a breakfast series of programs designed to strengthen both individual work styles and skills as well as the paralegal/attorney relationship. This invaluable series will provide real-world tips and tricks to help improve efficiency and effectiveness on a daily basis while allowing for one-on-one interaction between attendees and the facilitator. All sessions will include a light breakfast and Non-Legal Subject Matter CLE credit.
This program is designed to convey effective techniques for conducting an initial client intake. Obtaining complete case information and knowing the client's expectations early on will lead to a more productive client relationship. Join us as we share best practices and effective questions to improve your client intake process. We will also discuss tips on how to diffuse difficult client situations.
Don't miss the rest of the series!
