Working Styles: How to Motivate, Manage & Be Managed

The IndyBar’s Paralegal Committee and Solo/Small Firm Practice Section have teamed up to create a breakfast series of programs designed to strengthen both individual work styles and skills as well as the paralegal/attorney relationship. This invaluable series will provide real-world tips and tricks to help improve efficiency and effectiveness on a daily basis while allowing for one-on-one interaction between attendees and the facilitator.
All sessions take place from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the IndyBar office and will include a light breakfast and Non-Legal Subject Matter CLE credit.
Attend this session to learn the principles of personality types and how to work effectively together. This roundtable seminar will focus on interactions between attorneys, paralegals and other staff and will offer tips for effective communication.
