February 24, 2011 Thursday 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Corporate Filing 101 will allow participants to gain a better understanding of the different types of corporate filings that can take place during the lifecycle of an entity.
In this session, we will cover: researching state statutes for drafting documents, resources and publications, checklists for procedures when forming, qualifying and dissolving entities and an overview of all of the corporate filing types including mergers and acquisitions.
The Paralegal Committee will also be collecting donations for Wheeler Mission in conjunction with this seminar. Items needed by the mission include towels, washcloths, pillows and pillowcases. All donations can be dropped off at the IndyBar on the day of the seminar.
