Understanding the Role of Insurance and Indemnity in Commercial Contracts

This program will cover indemnity provisions and the interpretation and application of such provisions. In addition, this program will address the interplay between indemnity provisions and insurance policies, and the duties and obligations imposed upon the contracting parties.  Finally, this program will address common pitfalls and how to avoid litigation arising from such matters.
