This panel discussion will focus on the importance of diversity and inclusion in today's legal community. Topics such as retaining diverse talent, improving day to day inclusion in workplace culture, working beyond the first steps of recruitment to retain talent, and learning how to recognize, appreciate and utilize the unique insights, perspectives and backgrounds of all employees will be discussed.
