Organizations that embrace diversity as an essential component of their organization recognize that it is human differences that can make entities stronger. This panel discussion will focus on the importance of diversity and inclusion in today's legal community. Topics such as retaining diverse talent, improving day to day inclusion in workplace culture, working beyond the first steps of recruitment to retain talent, and learning how to recognize, appreciate and utilize the unique insights, perspectives and backgrounds of all employees will be discussed.

Hiring Partner/Managers, Diversity Chairs, Recruitment Personnel, Human Resources Director/Managers and anyone else in hiring positions at legal employers should attend to  learn ways to improve diversity and to retain diverse talent by improving day to day inclusion in their workplace culture.
