Do I Have a Case? Sizing up Potential Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice Cases
Continuing Legal Education
November 6, 2013 Wednesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Bill Winingham and Kelly Scanlan of Wilson Kehoe Winingham will share tips and insights regarding how to evaluate potential personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Lawyers who have a diverse practice or who primarily practice in another area but who occasionally handle such cases will benefit from this program.
Issues to be addressed include initial assessments of liability and damages, and red flags and pitfalls of which to be aware. How and when to refer a case and share attorney fees – and to do so ethically – will also be addressed.
Come join what promises to be an enlightening discussion. Two free drinks and appetizers compliments of Wilson Kehoe Winingham will be provided following the seminar.
Don't miss out! This program is limited to the first 60 registrants.
