Public private partnerships are often used during economic downturns but useful also during periods of economic growth. The goals of the private sector and the needs of the public sector can be achieved if a successful public private partnership is formed. Local and state governments want to find innovative ways to induce and stimulate development that makes sense to taxpayers. This seminar will discuss the various types of agreements used to forge an effective public private partnership.
