Low Asset Wills Program

Low Asset Wills Program

Through the Low Asset Wills Program, Indianapolis Bar Association attorneys draft wills for FREE as a service to the community. Qualified individuals can meet privately with an attorney who will draft a last will & testament and advance directives for them.

Who will carry out your wishes about financial & health care matters when you can no longer speak for yourself? Do you have provisions in place for minor children? Every person, regardless of age or assets, should have a voice.

Get your will and advance directives drafted by an attorney at Indianapolis Bar Association’s Low Asset Wills Workshops. Local attorneys will provide this service for free as a service to low income Indy residents. You’ll be screened for financial eligibility, meet with an attorney and have your documents drafted, signed and witnessed, all in a convenient one-stop-shop format.
