Note: A late registration fee of $25.00 will be added if you register after the first of the month for that month's review session.

Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam
A scaled score of 80 on the MPRE within two years of passing the Indiana Bar Exam is required for admission to the Indiana Bar.

MPRE Review Course Description
This review course will help you brush up on the professional standards adopted by most jurisdictions in the U.S., and prepare you for the exam that is required for admission to the bar in almost every state. The lectures will cover all potential subject areas for the MPRE and include materials consisting of Emanuel’s Strategies and Tactics for the MPRE, the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and Judicial Conduct, and National Conference of Bar Examiners Sample Questions, as well as PowerPoint® slides and outlines prepared by IBA course lecturers.

Registration:

You must register for the home study review course or the live lecture. It’s easy to register, just click on the links at the bottom of this page.

Registration is open for each review course until seven business days prior to the exam date, unless otherwise noted. In the best interest of the student there are NO exceptions to this policy.

Home Study Information

Registration deadlines and shipping dates for the course materials are outlined below:

Materials are shipped via UPS; transit time averages between 2-3 days depending on your location. Please ensure the address given on your application is eligible for UPS deliveries. Materials cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Live Lecture Information

Registration deadlines and live lecture dates are outlined below:

The live lecture begins at 8:15 a.m. (PLEASE NOTE TIME) and will last approximately four (4) hours. The live session will be held in the IBA Education Center, 107 N. Pennsylvania St., Suite 200.

Refunds

Refunds, less non-refundable deposit, are available under the following conditions:

Live Course:
1. Registrant has not taken possession of written materials and has withdrawn prior to the commencement of the lecture. And,
2. Registrant has notified the Indianapolis Bar Association in writing immediately of my intention to withdraw prior to the lecture.

Home Study
1. Registrant has not taken possession of any written materials or videotapes. And,
2. Registrant has notified the Indianapolis Bar Association in writing immediately of the intention to withdraw.
