Released January 2003 (Updated March 2009): "Commonly Asked Questions About Indiana Law: A Guide for Pro Bono Service," commonly called the IBA Pro Bono Manual, is a comprehensive guide to providing answers to basic legal questions. The IBA Pro Bono Manual will be provided free of charge to all volunteers participating in IBA sponsored pro bono events. The IBA Pro Bono Standing Committee shall, in its discretion, determine whether the IBA shall sponsor or co-sponsor any given pro bono event. For non-IBA sponsored pro bono events, upon reasonable advance request the IBA Pro Bono Standing Committee may provide hard copies of the IBA Pro Bono Manual either free of charge or at an estimated production cost, currently set at $25 per manual. The IBA Pro Bono Standing Committee has complete discretion on which option to elect. There is a $6.00 shipping and handling fee.
