The Community Development Law Center (formerly known as COLAP) provides free or low-cost legal services to nonprofit community organizations that serve low-income individuals and neighborhoods. Unlike other pro bono legal service providers, CDLC restricts its service to organizations and does not represent individuals.
Intake and screening for CDLC are conducted via an internet questionnaire available through their website.
