Dealing with Medicare & Medicaid Liens in Personal Injury Settlements (LIT332)

Michele Calderon Johns is director of insurance operations and vice president of Clarian Health Risk Retention Group Inc. Ms. Johns’ duties include operation and management of Clarian’s captive insurance program, as well as the management of liability claims and the property and casualty insurance operations for Clarian. She is a graduate of Indiana University and she earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
