James A. Carr, Baker & Daniels LLP, works primarily in the creditors’ rights and bankruptcy reorganization area representing various interests in connection with financially distressed businesses and the reorganization or liquidation of business entities. Mr. Carr is chair of Baker & Daniels’ commercial, financial and bankruptcy services group. He is a graduate of Indiana University and he earned his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law-Bloomington.
Terry E. Hall, Baker & Daniels LLP, concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial transactions and business restructuring and is a registered civil mediator. Ms. Hall is a graduate of the University of Texas-Austin; she earned her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
Kevin J. Hamernik, Hamernik LLC, is a certified public accountant and certified insolvency and restructuring advisor whose practice centers on out-of-court restructurings and turnarounds. Mr. Hamernik has extensive bankruptcy experience and has served as both a chief restructuring officer and court-appointed receiver. He is a graduate of Indiana University.
Jeffrey M. Hester, Tucker Hester LLC, focuses his practice on business bankruptcy, work-outs and Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Mr. Hester is treasurer of the IBA’s Commercial & Bankruptcy Law Section. He is a graduate of Indiana University; he earned his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis.
Stan Mills is a founding partner of Richey Mills & Associates LLP and has helped numerous organizations restructure their operations and finances to improve their fiscal health. Mr. Mills is a graduate of Manchester College.
