There are many planning opportunities and greater flexibility with qualified money in 2010. This program will review the basic rules applicable to traditional or Roth IRAs and use live modeling to analyze and consider the factors that impact the decision whether or not to convert.

Speaker Info: Amy M. Griman is a market manager for J.P. Morgan in the central Indiana area. Ms. Griman, a licensed attorney who previously practiced in estate, tax and business succession planning, provides guidance and direction to a team of specialists in banking, fiduciary, investments, wealth advisory and specialty assets so they are able to provide clients with a holistic, integrated plan to help meet their client’s financial goals. She is a graduate of Franklin College and she earned her J.D. from University of Dayton School of Law.
Karin L. Veatch is a wealth advisor with J.P. Morgan. Ms. Veatch counsels individuals and business owners on ways in which to maximize the transfer of wealth while minimizing the impact of estate, gift and income taxes in a complex and changing tax environment. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Ms. Veatch practiced law for 12 years at an Indianapolis law firm. She is certified as an Estate Planning Administration Specialist in Indiana. She is a graduate of Indiana University; she earned her J.D. from University of Toledo College of Law.
