Speaker Info: F. Anthony Paganelli, Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, concentrates his trial and arbitration practice in four areas: business litigation, criminal defense, real estate/construction litigation, and bankruptcy/debtor-creditor litigation. He has significant lead counsel experience in trials and preliminary injunction matters and has represented clients ranging from individuals to public companies in courts in twelve different states. Mr. Paganelli attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree and received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law-Bloomington.
Paul A. Wolfla, Baker & Daniels LLP, handles general litigation matters, as well as complex business litigation, including shareholder (class and derivative) litigation, corporate officer/director liabilities and ERISA fiduciary liability. He received his B.A. from Indiana University and earned his J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
